Green Smoothie Recipe

Start the day with a delicious health kick with this home-made green juice recipe. Green juice is a beneficial addition to your lifestyle as it improves gut health, reduces inflammation (no one likes to feel bloated!), strengthens our immune system, hydrates our skin and boosts energy levels.

You'll need

        • Fresh Spinach
        • Frozen Pineapple
        • Frozen Mango
        • Fresh banana
        • Cup of liquid, we recommend almond milk


              • Blend 1 cup of spinach (or another leafy green of your choice) in a blend
              • Add 1 cup of liquid of your choice and blend until all leafy chunks are gone
              • Add in the fruit, frozen mango, pineapple and fresh banana
              • Blend until smooth and creamy
              • Serve smoothie immediately for maximum nourishment
