Once an order is marked ‘out for delivery’ (you’ll be notified by receiving an email shipping notification), unfortunately it cannot be canceled as it has left our warehouse, you can always return your item(s), within 30 days from the delivery date, by initiating a return request.
Click Forgot Password on the sign-in screen and a password reset notification will be sent to your registered email. You can contact our customer service team via email on hello@lcouture.com.
Sorry, we can’t ship to international PO boxes yet. If you entered an international PO box as your delivery address, we will reach out to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

Yes, we offer free exchanges within the UAE.
You can exchange your purchase within 30 days by simply placing a request on our returns portal
All products must be returned ,unworn, unused and unaltered in sellable condition with the original tag intact. All items will be reviewed individually upon return and are subject to approval. If the return item(s) have been worn…. they will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you

To create an exchange request follow the steps below
- Click on our RETURNS & EXCHANGES page and input your email and order number (starts with a # )
- Mark the item you would like to return and select the item you would like in exchange,
- Choose a new size or color and click Next Step,
- Confirm your return and click Process Exchange
- We will phone you to schedule the collection and have the courier pick-up the items from the delivery address.
For our Dubai based Community, please allow 2-3 days for your new item to be shipped out, we’ll stay in touch with all your tracking information.
For all other Emirates, please allow 3-5 days for your new item to be shipped out, we’ll stay in touch with all your tracking information.
To return items from outside the UAE follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns & Exchanges page
- Select the items you want to return.
- We will send you a DHL return label
- Print and attach the return label on the mailer/shipping bag.
- We will schedule a pick-up with DHL from the delivery address.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for International orders. Once you receive your refund you can place a new order with the new size you would like to receive.
Refunds on International orders will exclude all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes, or additional fees that may have applied to your order.
