RETURNS
Below are some of are common questions about orders
All online orders on FULL PRICE items, are accepted in their original condition with original tags intact for a full refund or you can return your online purchases to any of our stores. You have 14 days from when you receive your order to place your return request and send back your return. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
LC Sale Return Policy:
- Full-price items purchased during the sale period can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of purchase date. Items must be in their new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage with the original tags attached.
- Sale Items marked FINAL SALE are eligible for exchange ONLY within 7 days of purchase and must be returned to the store in new condition, unworn, unaltered and and free of damages with the original tags attached. Find the nearest store location here.
*Note: Return items are reviewed individually and proof of purchase/receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase, and are processed as below:
- For Cash on Delivery payments, refunds will be to a gift card/store credit valid for 6 months.
- If your purchase was made on a gift card, we offer an exchange or refund to a gift voucher.
- For Card Payments please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.
- You can choose to return your items for a credit note/gift voucher.
- For our customers that use POST PAY, TABBY & TAMARA for purchase, your items are eligible for return but not exchange.
For in-store purchases, we accept items in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. You have 14 days to bring it back to our store. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.
LC Sale in-store policy:
- Full price items on sale can be returned within 7 days for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Sale Items marked Final Sale are eligible for exchange ONLY within 7 days of purchase.
- All items must be returned new, unworn, unaltered, undamaged and have the original tags attached.
*Note: Return items are reviewed individually and proof of purchase/receipt is required for all in-store returns and exchanges.
To return items from outside the UAE follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
- Select the items you want to return.
- We will send you a DHL return label
- Print and attach the return label on the mailer/shipping bag.
- We will schedule a pick-up with DHL from the delivery address.
1. Refunds Only
- For orders shipped outside the UAE, we currently offer refunds only.
- We are unable to process exchanges for international orders at this time.
2. Return Timeframe
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
- During LC sale periods, the return window is 7 days from the date of receipt.
- Returns requested after these periods will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We do not offer free returns for international orders.
- The return shipping fee will be collected by DHL at the time of collection or deducted from your refund, depending on your location.
4. Important Notes
- Please only use the DHL prepaid return label provided by us to ensure your shipment is trackable.
- We cannot be held responsible for lost returns sent using any method other than our provided DHL labels.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the original tags still attached. After the 14 days window has expired and your items are ineligible for return, they will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
*Note: The same applies for items purchased during sale periods which have a 7 day return window.
EXCHANGES
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
You can and it’s free! If you want to swap an item for a new size or color, all you need to do is to create an exchange within 14 days of delivery or 7 days during LC sale periods.
Please use our designated courier for returns so your items can be tracked. We are not liable for lost items shipped via other couriers.
To create an exchange:
- Click on our RETURNS & EXCHANGES page and input your email and order number (starts with a # )
- Mark the item you would like to return and select the item you would like in exchange.
- Choose a new size or color and click Next Step.
- Confirm your return and click Process Exchange
- We will arrange to have the courier pick-up the items from the delivery address.
For our UAE based Community, please allow 2-3 days for your new item to be shipped out, we’ll stay in touch with all tracking information.
We promise to update you every step of the way. You will receive email notifications on your refund/exchange process.
